JOSE AND JESUS from Roto-Rooter showed up on time, were wearing masks, and were personable, courteous and professional. They located an underground leak in a 300' waterline buried about 24-30 inches in Shady Grove Campground on the San Marcos River. They were very thorough and still located the leak in less than an hour using sonar. They saved me buckets of money, and I really appreciate their excellent service. Thanks!

Jose & Jesus (790/2707) couldn't have been more amazing! They exceed expectations with my repairs. They also educated me through the entire process and explained to me everything in detail. I was very impressed they were able to identify the issue and complete the repair in the same day. On top of that they did an excellent job cleaning my house after the repair. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone who is in need of anything plumbing related. I am so thankful I went with Roto-Rooter!

Called to have plumber for stopped up toilet. This took MULTIPLE reschedulese due to they had no one available, running late, or was only available at completely opposite times span than requested (requested 6pm or after due to work and got calls at 10 am). Service finally received after i called several times within the svheduled time frame indicating im suspecting i was to get another reschedule. Finally plumber arrived, serviced and it came with a 7 day warranty. Ended up needing it 2 dats later and already been called to say not happening that day and rescheduled to 8 am. New appointment rolls around and still no plumber and when I called to check when someone will be available told its unknown since noone is. So far I'm seeing this to be if its not urgent AND you are a stay at home person with no appointments.
