I want to recommend this company. They were very professional and punctual. My toilet broke and I called them and made an appointment for the next day. The plumber technician went above and beyond. He gave me some tips on proper maintenance and also cleaned inside the sink faucet at no extra cost. I’m very grateful to them.

I’m very pleased with the work Mike did. I called Cedar Park Plumbers to get an estimate on replacing my garbage disposal. You can tell the level of professionalism they have just by talking to Maria. She was very courteous and helped me make an appointment. John was the technician that came to my house. He was knowledgeable, very professional, and the price was affordable. My new garbage disposal was installed in a couple of hours. I will recommend them to my neighbors in Cedar Park. Thanks for helping me with my plumbing issue!

I scheduled an appointment with this company almost a week prior to the date they were suppose to arrive. The service was to fix a leaky toilet. This was for a rental property. My tenant agreed to take off from work to meet the plumbers there. On the scheduled date and time, no one arrived. About an hour after the scheduled time, I called, and after several attempts I got in touch with them. Excuses were given as to why they could not make it. Very unprofessional in my opinion. A phone call to reschedule would have been appropriate in this situation. If you schedule an appointment with someone, and they are waiting at a location for you, keep your appointments, or at least have the courtesy to call and let us know you cannot make it.
