Christina took a look at our problem which was backed up sewer into showers. She saw that the septic tank looked as though it were full and advised us to get it pumped before spending money on unclogging the drain. I appreciated her honesty and advice.

The appointment started off rocky. My original time slot was for 10-2 however my ticket was somehow lost. The technician arrived just before 5 PM. Taylor was great - very professional and educational. He was able to comp the services due to the fiasco leading up to his arrival.

Short answer: You can't actually schedule an appointment online even though they encourage it; you're just giving them your contact details to call you back. If you then need to reach customer service, you can't.

TLDR: Be ready for customer service hell. I scheduled an appointment online. I got a call from their dispatchers the day _after_ my requested appointment; they left a message. I tried 4 times to call them back over the next 2 days. One time I sat on hold 10 minutes and nobody answered. 3 times I got a switchboard operator who tried to transfer me to the dispatchers for scheduling. One of those times I sat on hold 15 more minutes and dispatch never answered. The 2nd, dispatch answered, said, 'Hello", then their system disconnected the phone call (and they didn't call back). The 3rd time I got the dispatcher, who confirmed the address then put me back on hold to look at my online case (which was a whole 2 sentences). 15 minutes later, I was still on hold when their system again tried to do some kind of automatic transfer, that failed and hung up on me.

He was nice and fun to talk to and fix the plugged up toilet from my grandson who used a whole roll of toilet paper. Also it was Sunday and he was here within the hour. Fast service

Customer service was great. Able to fit me in conveniently.  Although they wanted damn near 450$ to stick a drain snake down a pipe.  Bought one for 50 bucks at my local hardware store and had it cleared in 30 minutes.  450 seemed a little excessive

Dan was friendly and helpful and didn’t mind three small kids asking him 1000 questions. Dan offered us lots of tips for prevention/maintenance too. Would leave five stars but roto rooter cost went up again to $429 for one drain.

Waking up on Thanksgiving to sinks and toliets backed up is awful, stressful, and an all around nightmare. But Justin flew in like a hero, and not only saved the day, but left me feeling happy and fortunate to have met such a pleasent individual. I can't give enough praise, really. Be careful of the classic bait and switch with roto rooter.  They tried to get me to do over $3k of work.  When i got second opinion it proved that they tried to get me to do unnecessary work.    I would never use again and don't recommend them at all.  Now they won't even refund fees for the poor work they did "perform"
