  First, let me say everyone I talked to was very nice. The gentleman who came over very professional and courteous. My issues are that I scheduled between 8-10. No one called to say they were late. I called them and was told they tried to contact me at 0900. As my phone shows, there were no calls received this morning. I was then told they could have someone here in 1 hour, and it took 2. He was here 10-15 minutes and used a routing device and the bill was $316.00. That is ridiculous. I will not be using them again. I would have preferred to write to them privately but that was not the option I was given so my review is public. Again, very nice people but not on time and expensive.

  The gentleman that was sent out did a great job of unclogging our sewage. Very professional and efficient. I would have given 5 out of 5, but cost was very expensive. Over $500 for a service that my city used to provide for free. No reason it should be this expensive.

  I had a issue with my tub pipes. The water was not receding. They were the original pipes of my home, which was built around the late 40’s to early 50’s. I called Roto Rooter to rod the tub drain but their tools would not fit because of the old pipes. The resolve was to cut the area underneath the tub to get to the pipes and replace them with PVC. What they found was rusted and corroded pipes that was completely clogged. It was extensive work, but Jason, Jesus and Tyler showed up and completed the job. In the end the drain was unclogged and my family was able to use the tub and shower successfully! The water is now going down the drain extremely well without any backup, thanks to this team. Thank you so much for your patience, professionalism and hard work. I am completely satisfied with the results! I will definitely reach out again to Roto Rooter for my plumbing needs in the future.
