Jim Wagner Plumbing Inc. did a great job answering my emergency call late at night. Joe came to detect the problem right away and fixed it the very next day in the morning. Very professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this plumbing company. The price was good too. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future repairs needed.

We called Jim Wagner Plumbing when we had some water back up into our home. Despite calling on the weekend, someone was at our house within 30 minutes. The problem was larger than I'd hoped, but Joe walked me through my options, and in the end, we scheduled a larger service a few weeks out (and he removed the charge for the initial service). That service was performed quickly and efficiently, and I'm pleased with the result. Joe was professional and knowledgeable. Obviously, I would have preferred not to call in the first place, but given what needed to be done, I'm very happy with the work.

Jason came to install a kitchen faucet that I purchased from a home improvement store. The shut off valves required replacement as they could not be turned without damaging them. I had also asked to have a third valve installed that would be dedicated to the dishwasher. He ran into a couple of snags due the age of the existing plumbing, but was able to do complete the work as originally quoted and within the expected time frame. He replaced the existing shut off valves, added piping for the new valve and installed the new faucet.
