I was concerned because we found a leak on a Saturday but Adam arrived the same day and was very professional. He called in the needed expert for mold remediation immediately and I was able to get started on next steps. Adam also had lots of great advice in home maintenance, providing great value even though we didn’t get to do anything today, I feel great that our emergency will be addressed quickly and professionally!

We had a kitchen sink that was stopped up and called for service. In an hour we had a Service man at our house. His name was Victor and I showed him the problem we had and he went to work on it. He was very nice and answered any question I asked him about our problem. With in an hour he had it all taken care of and it was draining great again! We Felt comfortable in having him in our house and will definitely use him again. To Victor, thanks for fixing our sink and to the company, thanks for sending Victor to do the job! ***EDIT*** Owner called me to inquire about my experience. Sought to gather all the information before rendering a judgment, and reassured me that my experience was atypical. He made it right, and told me he would speak with my technician. The call alone says a lot, but the follow up and customer care were top notch. Thank you! Original Review: I had appointment for 2/16 between 2 and 4, called at 4:15 and was informed they were behind schedule and someone would “be there soon,” then 5, 6, and 7 went by with no call or technician. Got another call around 7:45 telling me I could still have a technician come that night, but it would still be a wait. Seeing as I put my toddler down at 7, I asked to reschedule for 2/17 between 12 and 2. The technician arrived at 3:45 and was able to diagnose and fix the issue. I was not home at the time the technician arrived or completed work, but did arrive in time to make my payment. I pulled up the $70 coupon online but the technician questioned its authenticity because he didn’t have his glasses. He also tried to upsell drain cleaner to me which I refused, but he said he could not honor my coupon unless I took the cleaner I didn’t want. Just wanting to be done with this whole process, I agreed to the tune of $500. I am appalled by the level of service, pressure, and lack of care I was provided, and I am envious of the many 5 star reviews posted here, as that was not my experience. I welcome the efforts of the owner to help make this right.
