I had a sewage overflow problem due to a blockage in my main drain line, along with mis-seated piping at the interface of the house foundation. I could not be happier with the service provided by the teams under Tom Osborne (exacavation, pipe repair/replacement) and Ryan Lewis (restoration). Not only did they diagnose and resolve the issue promptly, but they also worked seamlessly with my insurer to ensure proper communication of the issues and how they were addressed. They made the whole process as painless as possible for a new homeowner!

Thankfully, someone from Roto-Rooter was able to come out and fix a broken pipe in ceiling on a Sunday. I was able to speak with someone right away and booked the appointment just a few hours from my original call. I was given the price up front for the emergency call, so there were no surprises. They called to let me know when they were on their way and when to expect them and they arrived right when they said. The plumber that came out was Dan. He was professional, gave me the estimate and finished the job quick and efficiently. (only took down the ceiling tiles he needed to.) He cleaned up after himself, tested his work and didn’t leave until everything was all set. He offered to link me to other services that Roto-Rooter offered for claims and restoration. I was pleased to find out the work was warranted for 1 year.

Had a clogged kitchen sink drain from Thanksgiving. Technician was able to came for same day service. Quickly diagnosed approach to unclogging it and quickly went about business of getting access to drain lines to snake the line. Very careful to keep house neat and clean during the process. Also, technician was very pleasant and friendly.
