We called Ray Page Plumbing to have someone come out and provide us with an assessment regarding a broken shower handle & valve and changing out the shower fixtures (shower head, handle and spout). Scott & Andrew arrived promptly to look over the issues and provide a quote. They were very pleasant & polite and patient with our many questions. We scheduled them to install the new shower fixtures & valve and upgrade all the shut off valves that needed upgrading. I would definitely call them again in the future for other upgrades needed in our older home. I will recommend them to my family and friends Thank you so much Scott and Andrew.

Chris was awesome. I needed him to replace a shower valve and fix a tub drain issue. He was on time, professional, friendly, and more than willing to be patient with all my questions. He gave me written quotes on everything he did before hand and the work done is superior. And, if you're lucky, he get to see what a great sense of humor he has too.

My husband called ray page based on the good reviews to come check out our water because it had an odor. They sent someone out a few days later who was polite and knowledgeable and took some samples of our water to be tested. Two weeks later we had not heard anything back about the water, and the odor had become extremely strong. My husband called to ask for an update and they said they’d get back to us with the results later that day, however they did not. He called again the next day and got the same response and again they did not update us. A week later my husband called a 3rd time and was told that our water results came back normal. He asked about the odor and they said they didn’t test it for that (which was the whole reason we called them!!). They said they would call back with more information and send someone else out to take another sample. Several days have passed and they still have not contacted us about it. All in all, they wasted an entire month of our time and never gave us any information. In the meantime, we have been living for a full month with unusable water!!! I wish we would have just called someone else who actually could have helped us. Don’t waste your time!

I would love to make sure you are taken care of because this isn't like us at all. Waiting this long is unnacceptable, and I am here to make sure it is right. We have had our share of being short on staff due to following CDC guidelines and quarantining for the safety of our staff, public and customers---but there is no way even with that we should take this long.
