  Unhappy with service. Called back to indicate we believe a leak that ruined part of our kitchen ceiling was from prior fix of clog tub drain as it was coming from that same area. They sent another tech to fix the leak - it was just need for putty to be put around drain which the mgr said was not something they caused. I asked for proof and am waiting to receive that. Furthermore I asked why there was a charge of $217 to put putty in - I thought $65. Apparently $65 is for service charge for tech to tell me what matter is - however, I was never given what estimate to fix it would be - tech fixed it and then charged $217. Had I known the charge ahead due to problem my husband could have done it for a few dollars. I am requesting refund or partial refund. Left several messages with no response until I called a third time and got someone directly. Mgr said I would have to go through my insurance co . to get the $217 back plus amt to repair my ceiling - said that it was not caused by them. Techs were very nice to deal with but the mgr did not seem willing to listen and info seemed incorrect. Going to go further with this to Better Business Bureau with regard to charging me beyond the service call when I was never told what cost would be first.

  Just bought our home and came home to basement overflowing. They came out next day and was so helpful and kind. From the person that took my call to the man that came to fix issue great service and very nice people who work there. It seems lately everyone mean to people but this team was so understanding and caring. Thank you so much.

  I had a kitchen sink problem with water leaking into my basement. Turned out to be a grease build up. I called roto-rooter on Wednesday and they had a technician to my house Thursday morning. They called me 2x to confirm the appointment as well as when the driver was on his way out. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it within 90 minutes as well as tested out leaks to confirm everything was sealed back up properly. They also offered a 30 day guarantee in case an immediate issue occurs. 100% recommend.
