  Called them last night for a burst pipe. Was told by dispatch they would get to me that night. Plumber called and said he couldn't but would have the office call me in the morning the schedule an expedite emergency visit for the next day. Okay. I understand. Fast forward to this morning and by 10am no phone call. So I call back and dispatch/office has no clue what he was talking about and is unable to get anyone out for a week. I understand being booked up. The poor review is for a severe lack of communication that has left me waiting thinking I was getting timely service instead of shopping around for someone else.

  We had one guy from Apex show up, he detached the toilet and found that someone within our house accidentally flushed not one but two product caps down the lav and they got stuck. The invoice was extremely reasonable considering the gloves, mess, and mechanical sleuthing he had to do. RECOMMEND.

  i was having problems with the main drain in bathroom , John came out with his drain camera and found the problem and took care of it. he went extra mile to find the problem and fixed it . i would recommend apex to anyone who needed drain work. John should get a nice raise.
