We called the company due to seeing water stains. Within an hour or two they had a couple of technicians come over and assess the situation. It was determined that our toilet needed to be replaced. The technicians happily answered all of my questions. They were very polite and considerate. On top of that they were able to do all of the things that they needed two within a couple of hours. This included determining where the leak was happening, giving me the estimate, leaving to get a new toilet and replacing it. This was a pleasant experience and I certainly plan on doing business with them in the future when the need arises. Thanks!

Great service. Technician Mike arrived on time and was meticulous about completing the installation of the water softener and water heater to specifications. He and his helper were courteous and took extra care to make sure they didn’t bang into anything when installing and removing the new and old equipment. They also replaced piping that wasn’t up to code that had been done by another company. Very happy with the work that was done.

We are so grateful for the job that Leslie, our Roto-Rooter technician did. We needed new faucets installed in a pinch, because we had guests coming round that day. After she had removed the old ones, Leslie let us know that the replacement faucets we had bought did not fit. So we had to go get different ones. We fully expected her to leave for the day and make us reschedule, which would have been a huge hassle. But she re-arranged her schedule to accommodate my wife’s quick trip to Home Depot to get parts that would work. Once we had the right parts, she did a fantastic job with the install. We really appreciated her flexibility and determination to help us get the job done today.
