Had an awful mess. Called Roto-Rooter and they came within the hour. Nick did an awesome, thorough job cleaning it out and getting the roots out of the system so the water/waste could flow freely. Nick is very professional, courteous, fast and friendly. I highly recommend the service.

Technician very nice and professional. Quick service easy in and out, good summary after service. The only problem with this company is that they do not offer quotes or typical prices for typical service and if you back off there is a fee. That way you only find out about rather high fees when you will incur some cost regardless. The Company is upfront about that policy though..

Dan and his colleague were great! They did a thorough assessment and treatment of the issues! They were punctual for appointment arrival and had the job done in about 2 hours. Cost was extremely reasonable for kitchen sink clog and pipe root clean out! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
