Anytime someone has come out they do a really great job and very thorough. This happens when I make appointments through mpls-st paul plumbing. Anytime I've actually called Roto-Rooter directly to reschedule or I have an issue it seems that no one ever gets back to me or no one picks up the phone. When one of the techs do call they don't leave a voicemail (or at least not right away) and this makes it hard for me to get back to them because I get lots of spam calls every day.

Had an emergency clogged floor drain in my utility room that caused water to back up from the utility room sink, downstairs shower, toilet.... basically the main pipe was clogged. Called all night on 12/30 to have someone come in, but everywhere was booked. Roto Rooter was willing to book me for New Year's Eve and sent Gerve out early in the morning to diagnose and fix the problem. Gerve was knowledgeable, a problem solver, professional, friendly, and great to work with!!! Answered all of our questions and gave advices for maintaining clean pipes. Couldn't be happier with the service! Will call Roto rooter again should I have another problem but hopefully not for a long time! 😁

Update: Bill called us about the poor experience, we appreciated the follow up and openness to improve and look into the issues we had. We also are getting refunded on a charge that seemed unnecessary, and he confirmed it wasn't supposed to have happened. We appreciate the customer service following up, overall that aspect is a high point for the company. We are still upset that we almost paid $10 grand to "fix" something that wasn't even an issue. Update 2: we found more damage to other flooring and missed water damage from the tear-out. Got pressed to send payment before the claim check processed. $5,600 for tear out that cost us extra to repair collateral that wasn't even water damaged. Knocking this back down a star.
