Greg (3956) was very professional and knowledgeable about the service to be done. He finished in a great timing and made sure everything was working well before he left. He also educated me on what to look for regarding my water meter and how to tell if there is possible leak and where it could be coming from. He also gave me information on a referral if needed. I will definitely request Greg again in the future if needed. He’s a great asset to your company.

The technician that serviced my home (Andre I believe was his name) got everything done in a timely manner. He explained what he was doing, he listened to my concerns and was very professional. I would definitely recommend Roto Rooter to anyone having plumbing issues.

Our water heater busted yesterday, Andre came by to inspect our unit. He was back the next day and worked through most of the afternoon to make sure we had a clean and efficient install. Thanks for all of the help again bud
