  Pretty helpful people. A good place to buy plumbing and HVAC supplies for contractors. There is an older guy there that swears a lot, but he does not work the counter as much anymore.

  The big box store didn't know what I needed. Went to Apex Supply and Alex behind the counter went out of his way to help me. They didn't have the part I needed to fix my shower but Alex printed out what I needed so I could find it for myself online. Great customer service!

  This is the most inconvenient business. None of their staff up to the manager are knowledgeable. They sold me a 2lb gas regulator for a house with regular appliances. No one had enough wisdom or maybe initiative to inquire if I was regulating to a regular or high efficiency appliance. To make matters worse, I paid in cash the day before. I wanted a refund for two out of four of the regulators I bought and they have a NO Cash refund policy so they had to put the refund on my card. I am 40 and this is absolutely a first. Needless to say I will never go back there and you shouldn’t either. And if you do, make sure to be kind enough to force them to pay the cc transaction fees. That way if they jerk you around at least they paid something for it. There are several other plumbing supply stores within walking distance of them. Do yourself a favor, GO THERE!
