  Service was unprofessional. They came to unclog a clean out drain. Told me it would cost 325 once drain is unclogged. Technician left saying he had bad news and good news. He told me the bad news was his snake was bouncing off something hard and the good news was he was able to get it to drain slowly. The next day drain started to clog up again. They came out and gave me a free camera inspection which revealed hard calcium buildup and water in the pipe. Tried to update me a $2500 charge for hydro jet and told my wife the drain will continue to clog up until you get it hydro jetted. We didn't want to pay $2500 and so they were trying to charge us 325 for snaking the drain. Keep in mind the drain was not fully cleared when they left. I told them I would not pay 325 for a job that was only halfway completed. I called a second plumber for a second opinion and he was able to completely clear the drain for only $120 and told us we did not need the hydro jet. You guys have very poor customer service and are trying to charge people for a job halfway completed. The technician and his manager were trying to tell me the pipe was clear when it wasn't. And they were also telling my wife when they did the camera inspection that the drain will continue to clog up. So they acknowledged the drain still had blockage and still wanted me to pay $325. I do not recommend this companies services and I will be reporting them to the BBB.

  When I called to schedule my appointment, I described the job I needed done (new lateral and new sewer main). We had already had another company come out and run a camera down the pipes. They are in poor condition. So I already knew what had to be done. When they got to our house, they insisted that they would need to run their own camera, and they wanted to charge us almost $500 to do that. We told them we still wanted a quote, but they could not give us an estimate without first charging as $500 to see what we had already seen 24 hours prior. We thanked them for their time and sent them on their way.

  Luis did a fabulous job. He first came at midnight and worked for 1.5 hours. Very communicative about the process. Very kind and professional especially for having to come in the middle of the night. He came back the next day with another person and more detailed work and the service was stellar. Also roto rooter called back and had someone out within an hour. I am so glad For the service We had. Thank You
