  I choose Gallegos Plumbing based upon good reviews on the web. I needed to have a water pressure regulator and a water shutoff valve replaced. Both items were connected to the main water line where it enters the house. I called Gallegos plumbing and talked to Patrick who was able to setup an appointment for the same day. Miguel of Gallegos plumbing called me approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arrival, Miguel and Cody did an outstanding job of replacing the non-working components with new ones. Some reconfiguration and extra effort were required due to the age of the original installation which was approximately 30 years. Great job!

  Communication was excellent. We originally corresponded through email on a Sunday evening I was inquiring about financing. Jard responded to my emails in a timely manner. Considering it was a Sunday. We sat a date for Monday afternoon. They had to reschedule Monday appointment.However, I had a slight emergency after hours Monday. I took a chance and emailed them after hours around 7pm. He sent his guy out & he took all steps to make sure the water stopped coming up out of the shower drain. Regardless, with the main water shut off, water was still coming up out of the shower. I don’t trust a plumber like I don’t trust a car salesman.This was the fourth plumber that has been out to my place for this exact same issue. The first plumber I spent nearly $6000 and still was having the same problem not to mention a lot of water damage. Jard,came out to diagnose the issue the following day.I feel that he solved my problem quickly and knew exactly how to solve it. All the other plumbers where clueless. Another good thing about this company is they have financing. I personally don’t write reviews. But I feel like plumbers have a bad rap. So with that said they definitely deserve a review & 5 stars , no reason they all need that negativity hanging over the good ONES. Right from the start I had a good vibe with them & his employees. I will also be keeping them on for maintenance. I’m very happy with the outcome & very impressed with their employees.

  We were so happy with the service provided by Francisco from Gallegos Plumbing. Our excellent experience began with the kind and efficient woman who scheduled our service appointment by phone. The plumber arrived promptly. My husband was there while he worked on our aunt’s problem toilet. She had wanted to just replace it but he fixed it so well that it did not need replacing! Francisco was honest,intelligent, efficient fair and pleasant.I would highly recommend this business.
