We had them a couple times dealing with our plumbing issues. John was amazing and very helpful! He explained why our pipes were freezing and also how to make sure it doesn’t happen again. They also cleaned out drain pipe due to tree roots getting in and it was a very quick and easy experience. We are very grateful to have found this guys! Highly recommend and 5 stars all around.

Nick was amazing - I had called other plumbers and they said they couldn’t help me. He was kind and explained the issue I was having with my drain and didn’t make me feel like an idiot. I honestly felt like he went above and beyond to help me with my drain issue and provide service that would last longer than a quick fix. I will definitely call him again!

John did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and explained all the technical aspects in detail. Phone support was excellent and he showed up exactly at the given time. Very happy. Will always contact Roto Rooter in Fort Wayne for any future needs.
