  I would not recommend. Services not completed. I paid for a septic inspection. He spent less than 15 minutes on the property. He never denied that he did not perform the inspection. No refund was given when requested. The excuse was he spent 3-4 hours on the computer. I did not request computer work. The money given was to inspect the system that was on the property. No instruments were used. No covers were lifted. No lines were traced. We knew this system was old. Other than asking the home owners if the water still flows, we wanted to know how it functions. That was what a "septic inspection" was supposed to be for. I paid $425 for the company. No new information was presented. The drawing of the system is a complete guess since no lines were traced. Calling the company that pumped the system gave me more information than this company did. If this system is able to be pumped, there must be access to inspect it. A physical septic inspection cannot be done from a computer. I did not ask for analysis of permits or satellite views. My realtor called to help clarify the report. The septic company then tried to claim the realtor was being fraudulent. He has witness to his conversations confirming what I know about J & S.

  Your statements are untrue.... the site was visited...... and inspected....the property has no septic system... ..facility is at this site are no more than a open sewer to the waterways of the state....you and your realtor were informed that this property needed a complete new system...... I will contact the county agency's and inform them of the dispute. And have them qualify if the information you received was correct....the county board of health can be contacted from you also for verification of procedures....i

  J & S was TERRIFIC! My septic alarm went off Thursday night. After spending several hours trying to get someone to at least answer a phone or return a call, I found J & S on the internet. I called them about 11:30 a.m. someone actually answered the phone AND they were highly knowledgeable. I was told up front what the problems could be with estimates (including a costly new pump and pumping out the tank. I asked them to come out and they arrived at 3:00 p.m. with 2 technicians and a pump truck. They ended up diagnosing the problem was a float had come loose and the cost was pocket change. No need to pump out the tanks or replace costly parts. I asked them if they could still pump my tanks since they were there and they did it for an additional reasonable price. This company could have said it was a costly part and charged me accordingly. They were honest and dependable. I HIGHLY recommend this company and they are now my go-to for any future issues!
