I’ve used Rotor Rooter for at least 25 years. They are easy to deal with, explain what’s going on and never take advantage of you. They always have done a great job and go out of their way to make sure they get the job done right. At the same time I applaud their honesty and appreciate that they give me options. They have been great to work with and they have been wonderful working with the insurance company when that has been needed. And last but not least, I appreciate they get my humor, or at the very least, pretend to.

Just moved into a new home and it had some draining issues in the kitchen and bathroom. Needed a quick fix and called Roto Rooter, they came the next day, arrived a few minutes early, and fixed the issue within a couple hours. The technician Mike was very good, I was telecommuting when he arrived and he was very quick and discrete, making sure to not interfere with my work while he was here and he was as quiet as was reasonably possible.

I was amazed at how quickly they responded to my desperate need for service. I had a backed up sewer line. They were at my home within an hour of my call. The sewer line was back in service 45 minutes after the arrival of the two technicians. Grateful and pleasantly pleased with the service. First time using roto rooter. Highly recommend the service and the company. Thanks, Mike and James for the great work.
