  I am sorry that happened. And I apologize for it. This should not reflect on are performance out in the field when we are clearing drains. Unless you actually had us out to perform plumbing services for you your comment should not have been made on this platform . I sincerely apologized for the incident you had with one of my drivers. And I would also appreciate you remove this rating that you gave us

  I’ve had sewer issues for months, and the final straw was when early one morning before waking up I heard a deep gurgling sound that came from the bathroom. Nothing had been used since the evening before. I had raw sewage waste backed up into my tub 1/3 of the way full and water everywhere from the toilet. No sewage from the toilet. Needless to say I was in a panic like no other with wondering “what next”? It wouldn’t recede for me at all, so I called Alpha, who I’ve known well over 30 years. The owner, Dennis Schmittling talked with me and made time for two of his guys to come out within two hours. The guys were not only knowledgeable and professional, they’re very personable and honest, a pleasure to speak with. I had bad news as they tried clearing the sewer line in my yard, but hit a blockage they couldn’t cut through at 50’ down. Told me it was a thick sludge and will likely happen again, and to call them immediately if it did occur again. Also gave me tips on what to use and not to use as far as toilet paper etc. I’ve never had this issue at any other home in over 35 years, so they were very helpful. Tree roots are typical in this neighborhood and was advised to use copper sulphate to dissolve those. I’ve picked that up! I’m having another well known “does it all” plumbing company out tomorrow to advise on the problem with the camera they use as well as other issues I’ve had with the water and sewer lines since moving in last October. I highly recommend Alpha Sewer, and knew they could only do so much but they fit me in immediately and unclogged what they could for me, and the price was very fair and reasonable!! If you’ve got to deal with stuff like this, hire the best, and Alpha is definitely one of those!

  So very helpful! My older house in the Ogles had a hiccup, and I was referred to Alpha Sewer Services by a friend. They scheduled me in, arrived early in the timeframe I was given, and started working immediately after introductions! They found my clean out, unclogged the lateral, and then gave some advice on how to keep the sewer running properly. Great job done by great people. Would highly recommend!
