I have had Smart Plumbers and Rooters come in twice within the last week for a couple of different jobs. Both Patrick and Frederico were on time, extremely professional and did immaculate work!! Both of these jobs were completed within 24 hours of me raising the requests!! Their cost estimates were also reasonable. I got clear explanation of the problem and the options I had. Smart Plumbers was called on behalf of my father-in-law who was in need of some minor plumbing work: drippy toilet water fill and change out a filter cartridge at kitchen sink.  A few hours later, a crew member showed up within the time frame given.  All items were handled efficiently, and professionally, and the method of repairs were clearly communicated.  I appreciated that the plumber didn’t try to sell us on more than the work requested.  I also found the invoice amount to be very reasonable.  This being the third positive experience with this company, I give them a thumbs up.

Quick and excellent service! My kitchen sink was clogged so I called them. Mike arranged someone to come very quickly. Freddy arrived around 30-40 mins after I called them. Freddy was very knowledgeable and he is a very friendly guy. He was able to find the issue and unclogged the drain in about 30 mins. He also cleaned up the area after doing the work. Very happy with the service.

Patrick showed up early and helped me solve the overflow from the pipe when the washing machine drains.  First he replaced the overflow pipe that needed replacing.  It still overflowed.  He replaced the 60 year old pipe under the house which needed replacing because of corrosion.  It still overflowed.  Last he cleaned out the sewer line that was clogged up.  It was quite a process but everything he completed was needed.  I feel comfortable the problem is solved correctly and for a good long time.

Joel was referred by a friend who couldn't stress enough about how happy she was with his work.   We had leaking problems in bathroom and kitchen.   Joel came and quickly identified the problems. He explained each problem patiently and explained how he would address and fix the problems. When there's multiple ways to fix issues, and we asked his opinions, he provided honest and professional  advices.  What he explained and suggested make sense to us, so we quickly decided to go with his service.  The day he came to do the work is when we were truly impressed.  He demonstrates proficient skills, experience and knowledge.  We had concerns and questions along the way, he just patiently explained and addressed each of our concerns.  He truly dives  in to give good repairs. He also finishes job quick. We are so happy with the end result. Everything is nicely done.

I am fully grateful to Enrico and his helper that repaired the pipes under my kitchen sink that included replacement of the vent and attachment to the main drain line. Super friendly, efficient, safe. They fixed in hours what I could never have done. It costs what a job like this would cost, more than you want to pay, BUT, I am fully satisfied with the quality!

Really helpful, friendly team with reasonable price estimates. Frederico came by with his partner to give me an estimate for installing some valve shutoff equipment. I really liked how he was not in a rush to answer all of my questions and leave. I plan to get this equipment installed this summer alongside some construction work I am planning for my backyard.
