I was in need of emergency work on a holiday weekend. After calling several local plumbers who refused to work on a holiday and those who added a very high weekend rate, I finally contacted Roto Rooter. A repair team arrived promptly and they explained work to be done and how much the finished job would cost. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. Unlike other plumbers I contacted, I was assured that the company will never charge a premium for service calls during the night and holiday weekends. Thank you Roto Rooter.

The service technician came and looked at the job. He looked for the clean out drain which was in the front yard. He said that it was too far so he would have to take off the two toilets. I told him no because of the price. We were able to find another drain under the house so he returned. He didn't want to go under the house so he left. I called the office again and they sent another man who completed the job. He used the drain in the front yard.

KC was very professional! Diagnosed the issue - and gave clearly articulated options and prices. A little surprised at the price - but on a weekend with only one toilet in the condo we needed the toilet cleared. Thank you for a great job!
