Our technician was extremely helpful! For having just had a pipe burst and our basement flooded, they made whole process super easy which put us at ease. Our technician came on time, was very professional, fixed our pipes quickly, and even pointed out further potential issues we may want to get fixed to prevent future problems. We absolutely recommend using Roto Rooter!

I called and was told they would stop by to give a quote at noon. Finally at 4 pm they appeared. They said the previous job had unexpected problems. They didn't call to inform me of that. He looked at the job. To snake to the basement was about 30 feet. I was told he had 50 foot snake and will try. If fail, my bill is $80, if success my bill is $640. I called American Rooter who quoted me $240 incl tax and they got the job done for that price. Hard to believe they charge $640 and the guy who quoted me had no explanation why it was so high.

Marlon was professional, helpful and knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed a leak in our pipe in the bathroom, shared some helpful tips and was a pleasure to work with. If I have a need for service in the future, I’d request Marlon!
