After dealing 12 days with my home warranty I call rotor rooter. They came out in less then an hour of calling. Was able to clean out my main line running to the street and fixing the immediate issues. Then that also pointed out potential issues I need to take care over due to old pipes. Very professional and straight forward and truthful.

The technician showed up with a camera that displayed the clog. We were able to inspect the pipes as well. The technician provided an excellent explanation through the entire process and provides great recommendations so we can keep our plumbing in great condition. He also honored me with a military discount.
