  My tankless hot water tank began leaking and I needed a new one installed. I called several companies that were going to charge thousands more than Precision Pluming and Drain did and also not be able to install as soon. I called them for an estimate and Paul came out the same day and provided one and was able to get a new tank and install it the next day. His crew were on time and completed the job efficiently. Great value and service!

  Great experience with Precision Plumbing, beginning with scheduling the appointment through the service appointment. Paul and Rob arrived right on time, were extremely professional and helpful in fixing my leak as well as providing a recommendation for a sticking kitchen faucet, all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Precision Plumbing and will without a doubt contact them for future plumbing needs.

  I was living in a rental home when I experienced their service as this is who my landlord chose to send out. My shower head was leaking and the faucet needed to be completely replaced. They needed to saw off a piece due to it being too old and unable to properly unscrew. This required some extra tools and made quite a nasty mess to say the least. The job ended up being completed correctly, but to my surprise the worker left my shower a complete disaster! He did not have the decency to even attempt to clean up any of the mess left behind at all! I’m talking about metal dust everywhere and nasty black water splattered all over the shower and glass. It was disgusting and I was left to clean it all up. The worker rushed out of my home so quickly after being done, that I didn’t even have time to see and address the problem. How unprofessional. For this reason, I would never recommend this company to anyone.
