They have good customer service, they treat you as a priority for once which is nice. They aren’t the cheapest in town but they guarantee their work and will come out again if it’s not fixed the first time, for the same price. My second tech was Kevin, he worked hard in the freezing cold to make sure my drain was completely cleared. Success! He was upbeat, positive, and professional. Thanks Kevin!

On-site staff were generally pleasant, courteous, and professional, and I was happy to have worked with them. On the other hand, the management was unresponsive, their charges were exorbitant, and communication on costs was lacking throughout the project. I was never given any price list for the per-service costs, little to no choice about what services were provided or how many pieces of equipment were used, and no information about any cost accruals throughout the project, despite asking several times for this information. The total charges initially invoiced were more than double the verbal estimate given to me at the time the work was quoted, and for less work than was originally scoped. The original invoice statement contained many erroneous charges (for work that was not done) totaling nearly $3000 (which were removed after I pointed out the errors), along with generally exorbitant equipment rental and service costs (e.g., expect a "2 hour flat rate" charge to monitor your drying equipment, even if it only takes the tech 30 minutes). Wish I could give a better review, but this was my honest experience with the business.

Needed an emergency sewer cleanout on a very cold and snowy day after hours. I called, was promised a technicians during a 4-hour window, and was treated with courtesy and respect. Our specialist came on time, was very professional, and was on and out in just about 1 hour. The price was extremely reasonable for it being an emergency and after hours. I highly recommend and would use them again
