  Called Larry and asked if he could come to my home to replace my sump pump because it stopped working. I told him we have a water back up system that works so if he could come over in a day or two that's fine. He told me text him my cell number and he'd get back to me the next day. So I texted him number name, address, and again what my problem was. I waited a few days and he never got back to me. I'm a small business owner too and if I was receiving a call from a person I'd write down their name and number and get back to them ASAP if I couldn't give them an answer right away. I certainly wouldn't tell them to text me the same info they gave me over the phone. Seems from reading these review he picks and chooses what work he wants. The end of the story is I went out to Home Depot got a new sump pump and installed it myself even with my bad back.

  Rolfe, I'm sorry you ended up doing the job yourself with a bad back. I'm also sorry texting Larry your info was a problem; he does that when he can't write things down because he's actively working or in traffic, so he can keep the texts straight because he gets so many calls & texts every day. This method works great for most people because they appreciate that he answered their calls. He did offer 2 times on Monday to come take care of this, so he obviously wasn't being picky or choosy but you were busy. I'm sorry you missed his call around 8am yesterday morning; the day he told you he'd call you back, when you spoke Monday. He was having phone trouble so he called from the supply house and there was no answer. When he didn't hear back, he assumed you'd gone with someone else. I understand you're upset because you think he didn't call and your back hurts, but if you would have given him the benefit of the doubt and just called back, since he answered your call, offered appointments, and said he'd call back, instead of leaving a 1 star review, this could have been taken care of and I can assure you that you'd have been very happy.

  Had a very positive experience with Larry and Janine's Plumbing that I wanted to share with anyone considering using their services. He did a fantastic job solving a persistent problem we have been having with a clogged drain in the kitchen. Several other plumbers attempted to fix it but never found the root problem. Larry figured out the reason it was a continual problem and now we have a permanent fix. He was straightforward, honest and affordable. He will always be the guy we call from now on. I would recommend Larry to anyone who is looking for a great plumber who is not out to rip off his customers, does great work and has the experience to know how to solve the problem. Thanks, Larry!   Larry was super friendly and knowledgeable. I called him for a second opinion after getting a quote from another plumber for over $4000. Larry told me that they were just lying to get money out of me and he was right. He fixed the problem in around 30 minutes and it only cost me around $200. Definetly satisfied and would recommend
