Matt was super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He quickly fixed my clogged kitchen sink and took the extra time to repair the hot water handle for the sink in my bathroom. Thank you for taking the extra effort to fix these issues and for being especially kind to my kid and cats. I highly recommend this company's prompt and high quality services.

I called early this morning and they were able to fit us in first thing this morning to clear a clogged kitchen drain. Bobby was super knowledgeable and had the best customer service! He built friendly rapport during the visit and provided useful tips to help prevent build up in the future. I would highly recommend them for plumbing issues!

Matt was the gentleman that came and right away he unclogged the toilet and as we shared with him the situation with the toilet he went right away and notified the landlord regarding the money he would save and he was right as there has been 5 or more visits or so in the last year to unclog the toilet. He fought for the tenants and it was so incredibly kind of him to go out of his way! He had a new toilet it and left no mess in less than 2hours!! I would recommend him to anyone and 100% trust his work!!

Their technician, Matt, came out and ran a See Snake camera down our septic drain field pipes to help us pin point our drain field location since it is too old to be on Southwest District Health’s records and we need to know it’s location for some other projects we would like to move some dirt for.  Matt was very professional as well as willing to share his knowledge with me and my boys so we could learn about our septic system as he worked on it.  Sure appreciated his work and would use him and Roto Rooter again.

I called to inquire about checking my sink and tub drains and they sent a technician out first thing on a Saturday morning. Matt the technician arrived was courteous and knowledgeable.
I am impressed by this company from my first call. I think Kim? answered, set up the appointment and called to confirm in the morning.

The alarm went off on our sewer ejection lift system and we called roto rooter to get it fixed. The receptionist at Roto-Rooter was very prompt and professional with setting up a technician to come out and diagnose the problem. Our technician Rich was fantastic. He was very helpful with explaining what was happening with our system. He had Neil come out with in an hour and pumped out our system. Rich put our back up pump on and promptly set up a follow up appointment to finish the repair. We couldn’t be happier with the professional service we received.

I had a sewer back up in my house on a Sunday afternoon. After leaving a request for service on their Web page they gave me a call five minutes later to schedule tech to come out that day. They said the techs were really busy and that it may be late in the day before the tech could come out.

As it was a Sunday afternoon I totally understood.

The tech called an hour before arrival, showed up on time ready to work, and fixed the problem quickly.

I'm very impressed.

Not only did they replace my old water heater with a new tankless one (at my request) but Matt took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why. This made it much easier to swallow the unexpected cost. They also found a couple of unrelated leaks and went ahead and fixed them. Matt, Bill and Bailey were all very friendly and VERY professional. When I find someone I really feel I can trust, I tend to stick with them, and I will definitely be sticking with Roto-Rooter.

I was very impressed with the quality and concern that Markise had for my plumbing issues as I had several. We discussed each one and discussed procedures for each. He was very thorough and truly cared about giving me the best quality possible.

Lee was the technician that came out very impressed
With his knowledge of what was going on . He very politely explained the steps to fix it properly. He finished step one very Efficiently and in a professional and timely manner. Got things under control until he can return to finish the repairs.
