  Jim was an excellent provider! On time, polite, informative throughout the job. He cared about providing the best possible service installing a new kitchen faucet. He also was very fair on expenses previously not anticipated (cracked valve) and a vent location adjustment. I’ve used other providers in the past as well as Master Plumber. They have consistently excelled in communication, experience and integrity and will now be my single source.

  I called Master Plumbing and got prompt, professional service from the office staff. I explained the situation and they were able to send a plumber out to help us that day. The plumber (Austin) showed up on time and was extremely professional and thorough with his work. He explained the process and costs to us before he began fixing the problem and then got right to work. Once he fixed the problem he got us up and running and was on his way. We had a great experience with this company and will recommend to others. Thank you.

  After 20+ years as a customer experience leader role, I’m always looking to see how each interaction goes with a company. The technician that came out was professional, loved the special touch of the email with his photo/what he’s all about with fishing/family/etc. He’s awesome and willing to take the time to give us thoughts around the cause of the issue and companies to work with on restoration for the damage. That said, he was in and out in less than 20min and we paid a $189 diagnostic fee I was never told about, that’s a company issue and not his. I knew the receptionist was new but she should be trained to tell folks that. Also, told we would have some arrive 2-4pm and at 3:50pm contacted to say someone is on their way and that I should be prepared to pay after hours fees…..obviously I said no (not my issue) and rescheduled for the next day when I was hit with the $189 I knew nothing about. Good job with your hiring but communication and training lacking.
