Very upset with the bill. Got billed $630 for a 2-3minute drain gasket for the tub. The gasket was for a standard tub drain that was replaced in 2-3 minutes. I was told that may not resolve the problem. Meanwhile, I have a hole in my bedroom wall where the worker had to cut. My carpet is still wet. I feel like I SERIOUSLY OVERCHARGED for a 2-3minute drain gasket repair! $630!!! REALLY?!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! VERY UPSET 😡

This is the 3rd time I have used Roto-Rooter for a recurrent problem we have with one of our toilets. It's an old house with cast iron pipes and this particular toilet gets stopped up occasionally. The other 2 times this was accomplished with mo problems. This third time, the serviceman just glanced at the toilet, went outside and fiddled around with the water valve outside, then came in and announced that it was going to require extensive digging and a camera to diagnose the problem but it couldn't be done today or by him. I sent him on his way, after paying him $70 for nothing. I immediately called another plumber who came out and flushed the line. If you are going to send out a serviceman make sure they are equipped to do the job right then. This guy couldn't have been less interested in doing his job. He basically is serving out his time so he can retire. It's a shame because the other 2 times went fine.

Had new water heater installed. Pilot light out three months later. Tech who installed came back and after quick 2 minute inspection, said it would require an additional $2000+ of work. Still trying to resolve problems with manager Keysha, who has been very responsive and helpful. Have had tech Damon in the past, and appreciated his work. Would like to have him return.
