  He was excellent! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly! He did a great job diagnosing the water hammer problem in our condo and the cause of it. He laid out the pros and cons of our options clearly and really helped us make the right decision for our place.

  They arrived within an hour of my call for a plumbing emergency, as we had a major main pipe clog that rendered our toilets inoperable, as well as a backed-up bathtub and sink. They were well-informed, helpful, courteous, and professional. Ian persisted and finished the project that night, putting everything back in working condition. I would highly suggest them and would contact them first if I needed plumbing assistance.
