The technician did a good job, however the communication and response time was horrible. I asked for immediate service for a toilet clog from a supposedly "24hr" Response Company but what RR means is they might get to you in 24 hrs from when you called. They set an appointment time day after my initial call and dispatcher explained the technician was delayed at another job. Then told me he was in route - but he still showed almost two hours later from 45 minutes away. To add insult to injury for one hours work was charged $390.70 just to run a power snake in an already open line. I pulled the toilet, had water available for flushing, traced the lines and reset the toilet. All they had ro do was run a snoke in an open line. The drain was cleared but the price was ridiculous. Definitely not worth it, especially when it took so long and they did not show on time. First time trying RR will likely be my last.

The technician was out at 8 am on the day they said they would be there. He was friendly and got the job done in a little over an hour. Services are extremely overpriced so this will definitely be a last resort next time I need a plumber. It costed me nearly $500 to have an element changed in a water heater! Absolutely ridiculous!

Cody was our tech, he was professional and personable. He was actually a bit early, which was great. He found the cause of our clogged main line and repaired it efficiently, and with the least amount of disturbance possible. Cody actually seemed to enjoy his job and was very willing to let us watch him work, as well as showing us the live feed from the snake camera exactly where and what had caused our problem. If we ever need them again, we’re asking for Cody.
