We used the online appointment scheduler and received a call in less than an hour. While our issue is considered an emergency, we opted to have them come the next day. Our technician, Steve was phenomenal! He got our downstairs bathroom in working order fast! He called us beforehand and was able to come early. He identified our issue and was upfront with costs associated with it. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter if you need plumbing issues resolved quickly and appreciate upfront transparency on costs

Their Customer service was top notch from the very start speaking with April in the office to Caleb in the field. They were both extremely professional & quick to respond. They came out almost immediately on a Saturday to address our issue (at NO charge). They followed up with me immediately & explained in detail what the problem was & offered their advise. I’m out of town & it helps tremendously to have such honest professionals come out to fix or diagnose something so quickly !

Brad was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly! Called this morning and he was here this afternoon!!! He was outside in freezing weather,standing in snow,clearing a pipe with a smile on his face.... can’t ask for better than that!
