  I called and spoke to Brook last week about receiving an estimate for a bathroom remodel. She said they had availability the following week on Wednesday. I inquired about Friday the following week. She said she'll ask about and call me back, really rushing me off the phone. The following Tuesday no call so I called her., She seemed annoyed I was calling again. Yes, they can come on Friday! I asked what time, since I work 30 minutes from home. She finally gave me a time frame. I came home 4 hours early from work so I'd be there when they came. After waiting at home for 2 hours Brook calls. She says there was an emergency and they can't make it today and I need to reschedule. I asked if someone else could come. No! There was an emergency gas leak. I told her I'd left work early and can't reschedule. Raising her voice she then said the guy had a family member in the hospital in Indy so him nor anyone else will be coming! I need to just reschedule! I told her no, I would not be rescheduling with them. Then she's practically screaming at me saying he had a death in the family! Well, which is it lady? I'm not giving my business to companies who act like I am bothering them when I call to employ them, then can't call me back to tell me when they'll be coming and I have to call back, then tell me (i can only assume since the story changed 3 times) multiple lies. I don't know if Brook is a friend or what to the owners, but she's doing nothing for your business.

  Called Farley’s and left a message. Called this company and was advised that they would call Farley’s and leave a message as well. Farley’s showed did the work. I asked what do I owe and the guy says they’ll send you a bill. I questioned why since I myself had reached out to Farley’s his response was we got their message first. I asked if I had of been able to go directly through Farley’s what would I owe. He responded $100. Get the bill and it’s $175. So I just paid an additional $75 for you calling and leaving a message that just so happened to be received before my message that was left first. The both of them are scamming folks!!!!

  The guys were helpful and the pricing was very reasonable. Issue was solved with no concerns. Highly recommended 👍🏻
