  The technician Matthew was so professional and sweet that I would recommend him to anyone, he done such a great job on pumping out my septic tank I couldn’t be more pleased. Rotor Rooter is by far the best company I have used and the price is just right. If anyone needs any services that they offer and can do I highly recommend them. Thanks for doing such a great job

  I had a previous plumber come out to resolve issue which didn’t happen. Called & talked to Heather yesterday & she recommended Brian & he did a great job to fix my sink from backing up when running dishwasher. Highly recommend them.

  I called to made an appointment for some work to be done in my bathroom they said a man would come out & tell me how much it would cost me then I can say either yes or no to the work. If I said yes he would do the work right then & there but that's not what happened... I waited the whole day of my appointment for him to show up but he called to tell me how much it would be with out even seeing the work that needed to be done. Gave me a ridiculous price & said that his office would be calling me to let me know when someone could come out & do the work. I haven't heard from anybody yet & it's been well over a week....😤 Needless to say I'm very unimpressed I thought Roto-Rooter was the bee's knees of all this but I guess you live and long!!!!🤷🤷🤷
