Kenny and Sam did an outstanding job and went above and beyond what I would expect from a sewage grinder pump replacement! Great people, quality and price.

I will highly recommend this company. We had an emergency with our business and after calling all the plumbing companies in and around Decatur they were the only ones to answer the phone and have someone out here within 30 minutes. Drain Go really came through and helped us when our septic system would not drain. Not only did we save a ton of money using them, but we called last minute and someone was still sent out to us. I will never use any other plumbing company. They are seriously the best!

We hired these guys to lay plumbing lines.  They installed wrong, had to come back. Owner overbooks these guys where they cant even finish the job they have. Been a month, still have a mud hole in my back yard because they didn't level yard after laying pipes. Owner keeps making them do new jobs. All about the money instead of good performance.  Big mistake hiring them!!!. Oh did I mention,  rain poured into my house because they wont cover hole up.

Josh called prior to arrival and appeared on time. He was cheerful, professional and courteous and found my plumbing problems quickly. He explained the problems to me and worked quickly and efficiently to fix them. Both Josh and Jeff were a pleasure to work with. This was my first experience with Draingo and I was very pleased with the results. Based on my experience I would use them again and recommend them to friends

First if you have AHS as your home warranty and assigned this plumbing company beware! Read the BBB website. I needed an outdoor faucet replacement.

Tech showed up and even before seeing the faucet while standing on my front porch stated “probably not covered by your warranty.” Huh? Why would AHS the warranty company dispatch you if I’m not covered?

I bought my house brand new in late 2018 and used the faucet twice once in 2018 and when it broke in May 2021. I simply turned the faucet off and the handle came off. I have another outdoor faucet on my house that I use frequently and turn off in the same manner like anyone else would.

Anyway he asks me “do I know how it happened?” After I’d already explained to him I simply turned the water off and the handle feel off. So he said he would have to call AHS and see if they would cover the repair. He went to his truck which was suspicious, first of all why not call while I was standing next to him. Then returned 3 minutes later and said it’s not covered because it’s not under normal wear and tear. Then quoted me $275 to fix it plus I’m already out $100 AHS fee.

After they left I called AHS and explained that I simply turned the water off and the faucet broke and why is that not normal wear and tear. The lady I was talking with at AHS read the tech’s statement which said I used excessive force and should not be covered under warranty.

I hired a different plumber not affiliated with AHS and had the faucet replaced. Then told him about my experience with this company and he said yes DrainGo works with home warranty companies and like to drive around and collect the $75/$100, co-pays making sure it’s not covered under warranty.
