Had a leak in our basement and we called the battle creek office, they set us up with a next day appointment and sent their technician Matt out. He arrived and actually listened to what was going on as well as offered his professional advice. Within the hour of him arriving he had not only fixed the leak but fixed it the right way. We look forward to having him come back and help us get our other renovations in order!

Dezman, Dominic and Dale are very professional and kind and knowledgeable. Dezman came out after hours in the cold and snow and unfortunately couldn't fix the problem due to not having the right equipment with him. The next morning Dominic and Dale came out and got me going. Dezman had found an ice blockage in my pipe the night before. I'm just happy that the issue is taken care of and called the office to give them kudos and asked that Michelle pass the information on to their supervisors. I told each of them I appreciate them. I especially appreciate the way Dominic and Dale got down to my dog's level as soon as they came in the house.

We just bought our house two months ago and suddenly we had septic backing up in the basement. They came out and were extremely helpful. Found that plastic bags had been flushed and were blocking our sewer drain. They cleaned the system, discussed repairs that needed to be done and gave us a really great deal. This is a great company to work with.
