Excellent customer service, excellent installers. Very professional left my house very clean would highly recommend CTI. My family was with no heat for a week. Other companies would not install right away wanted me to wait a month or longer. CTI came out on Thursday gave me an estimate and installed it on Friday awesome company

Called in the morning and they came out hours later. Bad news for us but they are so professional and definitely will be having them replace our furnace now. A+ for sure!
Now to finish this review. CTI is one amazing company!  We've had many service companies to our homes over the years, BUT CTI is by far the best.
Every person we talked to was friendly, professional and so accommodating.
Called on a Wednesday and had a new system installed the next day and it was the coldest week of the winter.  Shout out to Kevin, Jack, Ben and the amazing 5 young men who sat in our crawl space all day hooking it up. We so appreciate you all! Thank you thank you!!!!

CTI is awesome!  My elderly mother was unaware that her fuel oil furnace had run out of oil during the night.  When the oil was replaced she needed a technician to bleed the oil line and service her furnace but Battle Creek has almost no one that services oil furnaces.  After calling a number of the most popular heating/HVAC companies in Battle Creek and Kalamazoo, I located CTI Mechanical on the internet.  The were unbelievable!  Within 2 hours a technician was at my mother's home, even prior to the delivery of the oil.  He confirmed that the problem was that she was out of oil and returned immediately following the oil delivery.  He ultimately got the furnace running and serviced the unit for her.  She is planning to relocate in the near future but we will use CTI regardless of her location in the area.  They are a great example of good business and great customer service.
