  My shower and toilet got backed up at 12:30. The Rooter guy showed up 2.5 hours later, the same day!!!! He was able to fix my problem and give my husband some great advise on possible reasons for the clog all within one hour.

  I called Roto-Rooter about 3 pm on a Friday of a three day weekend. I had NO WATER and a party of 12 arriving soon. I had little hope I could get someone but to my surprise they arrive within 1/2 hour! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked very hard to discover my problem and fix it. I could not have asked for better service!
