  Had a backed up drain system in the house due to a clog at the baffle in the septic tank, techs were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He noted that the tank needed pumped and wasn't pumped correctly last year. I checked the tank after they left and I actually got what I paid for this time. Prices reasonable and quality of work is great. They weren't late and I would recommend them to anyone.

  I contacted Roto -Rooter and they sent someone next day. Mr. Smotherman was very knowledgeable about his job. He cleaned out the sewer line and gave estimate for repair and replacement of drainage line. Very friendly and courteous.

  Roto-Rooter was able to clear up my sewer line whereas another company could not clear the line and told me I must replace it. The lines are old and need replaced but Roto-Rooter still cleared them to make them usable now. They also made me aware of a leak. Thank you.
