  The employees from Garrett’s arrived at the expected time. They quickly assessed the situation, explained to me what work was necessary, and also listened to my concerns. Both employees were friendly, efficient, and polite. The cost for the work and supplies was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Garrett’s to anyone.

  Just can’t say enough positive things for our experience with Garrett Plumbing and A/C service. I contacted on a Monday afternoon through online appointments and received a prompt return call from Mike who said they would do their best to try to get out tomorrow but they were pretty covered up so it may be Wednesday but sure enough I had a call Tuesday morning at 10:18 that they could head my way. Our Service gentleman Calvin Williams was nothing short of AMAZING! He was polite, courteous, friendly, thorough, explained everything, knowledgeable, and HONEST. I will call for him every time we need something done! If you are reading reviews to find the right people read no further. Thank you Again Garrett Plumbing and HVAC & especially Calvin!

  Very impressed with Garrett's. The young men who fixed my leak were outstanding. Displayed professionalism, confidence and great knowledge and people skills. They came very quickly and I am pleased with their work.
