They saved the day! I had an appointment with another company that I waited 3 days for and never showed up. I called Roto-Rooter and the experience was awesome! The person that answered the phone and took my info was pleasant and courteous! They were able to send Dillon in a matter of hours to find and repair the leak issue! He was super patient and very good with communicating the issues! I will be using them for my plumbing needs moving forward! Highly recommend!

I called them when all other plumbers told me they couldnt come for a week or more.  They were able to come same day.  The plumber Jay was outstanding, very professional, and knew his business.  He ran into a problem that made the job difficult, but figured it out and got my water back.  These guys are top notch! Thanks Jay!

I came home to my kitchen sink pouring water from underneath the cabinet. I called Roto-Rooter. They were polite & very professional. Sidney was the technician sent to my residence. He was polite, professional, and provided excellent service. He immediately found the problem & repaired it. He even made sure all the water was vacuumed up. He even went as far as to help me get all the soaked items into the washer that we had on the kitchen floor to help soak up all the water.
I want to say Thank You Sidney for EVERYTHING! You helped make what could've been a stressful situation a bearable one.

A bit disappointing. When I made the appointment I asked specifically to get a quote on relining the inside of a kitchen drain pipe  which is behind the cabinets and sheet rock. This was a service they clamed to offer and is on there website, To there credit they responded promptly to give me a quote on the job. The technician looked at the pipe under the sink and said the pipe needs to be replaced. When I asked about the relining service he said they don't do that. IF YOU DON'T PROVIDE THE SERVICES LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE PLEASE TAKE THEM OFF. I WASTED OVER $200 ON YOU TO TELL ME SOMETHING I ALREADY KNEW

Seriously the best in Savannah. Ive been having ongoing issues with my toilet. The last time they came they didn’t charge me anything because they didn’t have the needed part (it needed to be special ordered). But they did do a temporary fix so at least it’s now flushing! All free of charge! They’re coming back soon to finish the job. Overall a really pleasant experience. All the technicians that have been by have been so professional and kind. Hats off to y’all!

I am an avid DIY kind of homeowner but after I took up a toilet looking for drain flies I was met with a poorly done previous installation. Not only was it poorly done, it was cracked and leaking into my floors. I was over my head at this point as it had to do with the pipe in the foundation so I called Roto-Rooter on a whim. Sidney Wonce II was dispatched to me and I have never met a more professional, informative, and humble man in this line of work. Whatever they pay him, they should double it. The repair cost was more than fair for an entire afternoon of work, and Sidney was happy to answer any questions I had.

We had wonderful service from Adam at this location. He replaced our (failed) traditional water heater with an on-demand unit, and managed to get it done on a Friday evening with an unexpected addition of the replacement of an ancient corroded gas pipe from our meter. I would recommend him for any plumbing job and would absolutely call him again for my own house.
