Kim and the staff at Henry Plumbing are wonderful! They were able to fit my request in within 48 hours (and not assume it was an emergency=$$$). The plumbers onsite were efficient and polite. I had a new sink and faucet installed, the plumbers had to get creative with repiping the dishwasher and did it no problem. The cost of the services was reasonable, invoiced based on time spent on site vs. a competitor who was going to charge by service! I highly recommend Henry Plumbing in the Savannah area. Had another remarkably GREAT service call from Henry Plumbing, tidying up a mess left by another so-called highly rated plumbing company. The scheduler, Kim (she of the lovely voice) had me set up in no time and the techs, Keith and Caleb, actually called and said that they could come by earlier than the set time. They were great, good-natured guys, very courteous and took care of what I needed in a timely manner and were so thorough. And it was a substantially lower charge than what I got hit with from those other guys. Maybe the bigger a company gets the worse the service and prices become. Henry Plumbing can't be beat, love these guys.

I had a unique experience today (Saturday, April 15, 2022). I live in Homestead Florida and need a plumber to install some hard to fit filters for my well pump that sprinkles the lawn and fills the pool. I called Henry Plumbing at the local Homestead number and somehow wound up talking to Keith Mann at the Savanah Georgia location. Keith of course couldn't come out, but he stepped me through every aspect of what I need to do over the phone. This is service above and beyond. Thank you very much Keith. Actually I wish you were here in Homestead so you could work on my project. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Keith and Henry Plumbing.

The two gentleman from Henry Plumbing who arrived, Robert and Evan, showed up on time, were cordial, efficient and thorough diagnosing my plumbing issue having to do with a leaking dishwasher. They seemed very knowledgeable and I would recommend them without hesitation! I did not realize they also do many of the historic properties around Savannah, so they can handle it all.

Customer BEWARE!! Like many of the 1 & 2 stars this company is DISHONEST & CORUPT!! Throw the estimate’s away, they “ SLOW-WALK “ the job & way over Bill you without blinking an eye. Tonya, the Co-Owner is what the review’s state! She’s extremely miss leading, hateful & threatening with her other lovely qualities. I hired Henry Plumbing to perform over five thousand dollars worth of natural gas work at my house.

After the work was declared complete, I had to bring Henry back out three separate occasions to address gas leaks.  The first time, Joe found a leak under the stove and decided to move the regulator to the meter instead of leaving it where it was on the appliance.  He said that fixed the issue.

The second time, Maurice found a leak in the connection from where the stove regulator was moved—so a leak was left in the same place as the one they had claimed to fix.  The third time, Maurice came out and told me he didn’t know what I was smelling, but it wasn’t gas.  He said he checked everything under the house and up in the attic and said there was no leak.  I told him I was still smelling it, and if he couldn’t find anything, I’d need to call the gas company.  He said he could put it to me this way: there’s no gas leak.

I smelled gas again shortly after that.  The gas company came out and found a leak within 30 seconds.

Working with Henry has been a royal pain.  The work took forever, it looks a mess, we had to replace our kitchen faucet at our own expense because it was broken by the team, and Henry left behind 3 gas leaks (one they claimed could not possibly exist).

I reached out to Henry Plumbing owner and CFO, Tonya Reed to express my concerns.  She responded, “This has been in the back of my mind.  Joe has been out on vacation.  I am sitting him down tomorrow and go over this.  What an embarrassment.  I am glad that you have brought it to my attention.  I will be back in touch.”  That was November 26, 2018.  I am writing this review on January 16, 2019.

That has been my experience with Tonya Reed and the team at Henry Plumbing of Savannah, GA.

Ask for Rob and Tristan! They went above and beyond when helping me, they found creative solutions and helped me with some water pressure issues I didn't even know I had.

repaired previously repaired outdoor water pipe that had to be correctly fixed by using the proper underground components.  The previous repair company's person did not use underground components so the repair did not last even a year.  The plumber who diagnosed the problem went out of his way to obtain the correct part.  The time that was spent obtaining the correct part was not charged to us!  Super company.  We are now using them for all our plumbing repairs that we cannot perform ourselves.

Henry Plumbing was on top of a major broken line. Not only did they complete the job in a timely fashion they were punctual, professional and very affordable. The quality of work and keeping things cleaned up and sanitized during the entire process was over and beyond what I expected. I would and have highly recommend over and over again.
