Had sewer coming up into my basement and sitting for hours. Called roto rooter and they said they’d have someone call me that night. No one called. I called them the next day. They said they never were notified and to wait till Monday. Called Sunday night to make sure someone could come in the morning. Finally showed up at 3pm the next day. The plumber that showed up was great. Terrible customer service. Oh and I had to keep my pregnant wife upstairs until they decided my emergency was worth responding to….. 3 days later.

I called up and the guys came out within a couple of hours. They were friendly and worked on my system for quite a while. Turned out it needed to be replaced so I had to call a construction company. The guy from Roto router even told me about a financing program for low income people to help me out with home repairs.

Called for main line service they were busy and when I told her I had 2 girls in house that went to school she said they try there best to get to me today and it might be tomorrow but she sent someone within  a hr highly appreciated  and service was great not bad n  otbad in price

True customer Care here! First off the receptionist qualified us in terms of what we needed and got us prompt action in service. Wonderful woman., I don’t recall her name, I am sorry to say but was probably frantic a little bit when I called as we had lots of water in our basement and it just came home from a funeral of a friend. Eddie came to us in the evening. It was Sunday was dark and they were so busy that day. He was so professional and had to re-rig the machine it was using a couple different times. He didn’t complain and he stayed afterwards and chatted with us he’s a good man. we learned that he recently adopted a child and works hard and even stayed after to rig up a fishing pole type of system with some tape to pull out a final stick. This is something Roto router doesn’t normally do possibly but he did it. This man is a good good representation of what good customer services! Eddie this review is long overdue Roto router we love you and we will be calling you again! Thank you thank you thank you!

Did not return call about emergency situation, even after several messages left with answering service. Several days later service man showed up with no contact. Had no idea they ever planned to come. Job had been completed by someone else by that time.

We have a cat and the guy just left the door open for about a hour, then when he goes to leave he just watches the cat walk out the door, I specifically told him the cat couldn’t go outside

They are a company that is spread pretty thin so it does take them some time to arrive, however. The gentleman that showed up, "Bill". Very professional, fast, and great sense of humor. They are not the cheapest but, you definitely get what you pay for!

Calm to have emergency service done on a drain that is plugged and backed up into my bathroom and they cannot even show up to do the drain

Excellent job. Had sewer unplugged quickly and very reasonable price.

They tried to charge me 400.00 for 1st hr just because it was a weekend. Really shame on you for trying to take advantage of a single women who is in need. So glad I canceled. Found someone who drove  25 miles took care of the problem and charged me  150.00. Thats how you do a business right
