Called them yesterday after our central air unit stopped working.  They have a nice gal answering the phones and taking messages for them.  The guys got back to us really quickly and were ready to come out right away.  Everyone was super nice, efficient, clean and quiet while in our home.  I really really appreciate and recommend their service.  This was the second time we've used them, happy with them both times.

AC stopped working during a heat wave in July!   One phone call and they were able to come out within an hour!  Best guys ever!  They thoroughly explain everything!! Caleb is the best ever!!!!

We have used Hindman/Person several times over the last few years. They are a family owned company so I'm glad to support them. They respond quickly and do great work. I wouldn't go elsewhere unless I had to.

We have a great service people here in Albia, but they are a bit backed up and I heard about you all.

Upon my first call,  I was already being taken care of. The woman on the other end if the line set up quickly an appointment for me and called me back and was extremely courteous and seem to have a smile in her voice telling me not to worry if I stepped out for a moment. She sent Shawn who then called to let me know that he was coming. I love that.

When he arrived he was so professional and calm and really put me at ease right away listening and he was just super friendly and worked so hard in the heat.

Shawn and Hindman Persons came recommended by my brother, who is himself is one of the highest customer service oriented people I know recommended you and he was spot on!

My mother in law ( 91 years old)was having  problems with her air conditioner and the temperature outside was 92 and humid! We called Hindman/Person and they had a technician over in less than a half hour. Diagnosed the problem and had it working in less than an hour.
All I can say is thank goodness for the speed of the technician because I was staying there and it was HOT 🥵

Contacted this business about looking at my system. (They have worked on it before) They are super busy and I understand, (all local businesses are right now) When speaking with so called answering service he asked why can’t I call the person that installed the unit. No big deal I can spend the money elsewhere. In turn says someone will come but they are really busy. Next day get a call and a guarantee that some one will be there Tuesday. (Which is a full week from the first call) WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! Next call to busy local business got me all set up next day! Thanks but NO THANKS Mr. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
