  I called roto because they had good ratings. I have a leak in my shower. Got charged 195 dollars and the guys that troubleshot my problem did not find anything. Second guy that came to check have only been plumbing for 3 months. They said the "supervisor" was coming to my house to look at the problem but never happened. And if he comes I will get charged more money. Now I got a hole in the wall , 195 dollars less, and they never knew what the problem was.... Def would not recommend this company at all.

  I called them after hours since my dad couldn’t get the toilet unclogged. They came out about an hour later. They successfully unclogged the toilets but now the clog went to my bathtub because you can see what was in the toilet now in the tub

  Thank God for this company, my drain was clogged from Tuesday to Thursday. I could not do laundry or shower without the water filling up the tub. With a no show schedule service of another company for Thursday, I called roto rooter around noon Thursday and had a great repair man at my door on Friday. He was efficient and very professional. Hip hip hooray roto rooter saved my day!!:)
