  Severe price gouging, be careful! Get a quote ahead of time and stick to it. They way overcharged me from last year. More than even inflation and wage increases can account for. Can’t complain about the work but I doubt I will use them again. They pumped my septic but already had a full load from a previous job so they charged me for their dump. Unfair and still wouldn’t adjust the price when I tried to negotiate. Just be really careful, they’re getting greedy.

  Cynthia, As we discussed and quoted a price range on the phone, all of our septic tank pumping ranges from $350 to $450 depending on the specific circumstances, like how many gallons we have to pump, how hard it is to pump, and how long it takes us to do it. We never know these circumstances until we are there doing the job and the job is complete. We've reached out to you to try and resolve this situation, but you will not answer your phone. As far as your statement about our prices and the over charge, we have your invoice from your last service which was last year and it is almost the same price we charged then. As far as the dump fee that you said we charged you for, that is false, because you have a 1500 gallon tank that was over full and we pumped the tank completely out, and the pricing for the pump was well within the range of pumping that was quoted for the pumping.
