  Hi Brenda - My plumber sent me a text this weekend to update me on your call -- He tried calling you at 4:36 when he was leaving to your home and noone answered the phone. He tried calling you at 4:57 and again, noone answered the phone. We must be certain you are home in order to drive out, especially with today's gas prices.   Very pleased to be added to a full schedule on the same day of call. We had partially clogged lines and they were able to snake and clear the lines. Raul is knowledgeable and helpful with explanations of what will be done. He was also very good with his trainee, thanks for the quick quality service.
