  Where do I begin! Poor Customer Service! All around!! It all started with me calling at 1:45pm to find out when the plumber was going to show up. I was told they would show up between 10 to 2pm. Christina answered the phone, extremely rude! I asked when the plumber was going to show up and at first she was questioning if I was the Landlord, which I'm not sure what the question had anything to do with when the plumber was going to show up. She then told me the plumber was on an emergency call. I was a tad concern considering it was almost 2pm so I asked when would the plumber be out there and very snooty she responded with "I don't know when the plumber is done we will let you know". WOW! Rude! I asked her to confirm my phone number. She exhaled loudly and repeated my number. I said thank you and she hung up on me!! I called and spoke to the manager and she apologized and said she would take care of the situation. Christina called me back to let me know the plumber was on his way. I thanked her and she responded with a "YEP" and hung up on me, Very rude!!! I called the manager again to let her know and she apologized again and said she would take care of it. Around 3:53pm I haven't heard anything from no one so I reached out to the office again, of course it was Christina! I requested if I could get the plumbers # so I could receive an update on my property. Very snooty she stated "they couldn't and would let the plumber know to reach out to me." You would think this nightmare was over??? NO! The plumber called NOT very professional letting me know how things went. At one point was asking questions about previous work and stated in the end "This wasn't his issue" UnREAL! I have NEVER called a business so many times to make a complaint. The manager was EXTREMLEY nice. I will not be taking my business to this company again!

  Price way too high. $450 to change wax ring in two toilets!! Cancelled. Did it myself with help.

  Mad River plumbing is contracted with my home warranty company, so really it was my only choice. After reading the reviews, I was skepticle about the type of service I would receive. Honestly, my expereince was a 180 difference from what others have posted; from the time of the first call, through setting up the evaluation required by the home waaranty, through installation of two faucets. Since I work from home, there are small windows of time that needed to be accommodated. The front office person was kind, understanding and worked with me to find the most convenieint time. I received a reminder phone call the day before to confirm the time. Mike arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled time and was professional and efficient. I will contact Mad River plumbing for any future needs, covered by home warranty or not!
